Jim Li, P.E. , President
Mr. Jim Li has more than twenty-two years of experience in the offshore oil and gas industry including six years with an oil company, four years with engineering consulting firms, two years with turnkey contractors, and ten years as an independent consultant/business owner and corporate executive. He has an extensive background in areas of design, analysis and project management for various fixed and floating offshore structures; including semi-submersibles, spars, TLPs, FPSO/FSOs, offshore float-over installations, jackets, decks, facility skids and modules as well as conventional offshore installations.
Representative project include:
- QA Manager, CNOOC PY30 jacket design. Responsible for the quality assurance of the large jacket analyses and design.
- Project Manager, Conoco Phillips Corocoro WHP pontoon barge, floatover installation design, fabrication & installation supervision.
- Project Engineer, Unocal West Seno TLPA and FPS Structural detailed engineering.
