South Nemba Jacket Detailed Design

Project Description:
The South Nemba Auxiliary (SNX) Platform is a new compression platform that will operate in 118m water depth in offshore Cabinda, Africa. It will consist of a multi-level deck with helideck and flare. In addition, it will tie into the existing South Nemba Platform “A” via a bridge connection. The SNX sub-structure consists of 4 legs with grouted 84” main piles. The jacket footprint at the mudline is 161’-6” x 170’-9”.

ODL Scope of Work:
ODL completed the detailed design of the SNX platform

Key Details:
Final in-place, earthquake, and fatigue strength analysis results showed that the SNX jacket maintained adequate strength and integrity during adverse conditions and has been designed in accordance with the project requirements.
Jacket load-out weight is 5,100mt with a maximum not to exceed operational topsides weight of 11,200mt
