COP Corocoro field WHP
ODL/OKI contracted to ConocoPhillips to perform concept development, detailed design, project management, equipment inspection, procurement assistance and installation site supervision for the Corocoro field WHP platform loadout, transport and floatover installation. The floatover installation employed the pontoon barge method developed by ODL, which is the first in the world in open sea environment. The installation was an entire success offshore Venezuela, as ConocoPhillips praised ODL/OKI’s work as “Engineering at It’s Best!”
